"There were many auto insurance companies who wanted my business, but I ultimately chose State Farm because they saved me more $$/month, and also because of the Customer Service Agent who I spoke to on the phone. Her name was Binta. In the age of AI and ChatBots, Binta's authenticity won me over. She was a pleasure to work with and even before I went with her I was making referring relatives to her. Thanks State Farm. I won't ever go with that other company we must not name (let's just call them "G. Eico", wait that's too obvious - how about "Geic O."."

"There was a complex story, but the upshot was I had some significant issues with State Farm and my account that didn't get fixed for a protracted time. At one point I was sent an insurance cancellation notice even though I had paid my insurance. Enter Jane into the picture.... Jane was new to State Farm, but spent the time and effort required to get my account fixed. She was polite, proactive and managed to work through it with no further interaction on my part. She is an A+ employee and is the principle reason we didn't change companies. Her work on our our behalf was exemplary."
