Ed Meacham

Office Manager-Binta has been part of the Ed Meacham agency since May of 2022. She has lived in Grayson County for nearly 15 years and have created many great friendships. Originally from Mali (West Africa) which makes French her primary language, She moved to the States in 2007 for Education purposes and met her better half that same year. Robert and Binta have been married for a little over 10 years and together have the most precious daughter Naomi who is 4. Along with her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Southeastern Oklahoma State university, Binta also has her Real Estate Agent license which gives her an edge into the Insurance industry. She loves travelling, learning new things and spending time with her family and close friends. Customer service and management are her domain of interest, so please do not hesitate to reach out for any insurance related needs you may have.

Team member; Hi I'm Phoebe Ballard, I have been in the insurance industry since 2018 in which I was working with small and middle market businesses, assisting with the insurance needs. In November of 2023, I re-entered the insurance world and obtained my Property and Casuality licenses to work personal lines. This year, Ed Meacham welcomed me to his State Farm family to help further my career and assist a variety of customers with their insurance and financial needs.

Social Media Director- Allee Hays joined our team in December 2023 and has been managing all of our social media accounts and community events. Allee comes from an Education background having served as an educator with the Allen ISD for nearly 12 years. Allee is a graduate of Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls Texas with a degree in Education. Allee met her husband Scott while attending MSU and were married in 2014. They have a beautiful family, Hudson age 5, Hayden age 3 and their first fur baby Tucker.

Jamie Wagoner-Team Member: I join the Ed Meacham State farm family in January of 2024 and bring a vast history of knowledge and experience to the insurance industry. I have been in the insurance business since 2013 and love assist people with their needs. Throughout my career, I've gained expertise in personal lines, commercial lines. Apart from insurance, I have a passion for football and am affectionately known as the Snow White of Denison among my friends due to my dedication to rescuing and fostering animals over the years.

Service Team Leader: Jane joined our team this spring after a sustained career in the financial services industry. Growing up in Denison I met my husband of 30 years and enjoy spending time with family, cooking, gardening and learning new things. The majority of my career has been spent in bank operations arena which has built my love for customer service. I am happy to be a part of the Ed Meacham team and look forward to assisting customers with their insurance service needs.

Customer Care Specialist: Hi, I am Jessyca Jones! I just moved from Arizona to Texas in June 2024 to be closer to family. I am newly married and excited to raise my family in Texas. My husband, Bryan, and I added an insanely shy German Shepherd to our family in 2020. Ed Meacham brought me onto the team in July 2024 to gain some knowledge and experience in the insurance industry. I greatly look forward to learning from this amazing team and I can’t wait to see where this career takes me!
